I cannot recommend this place highly enough! For years, I struggled to find a gym with a welcoming environment, coaches focused on education, and members with a sense of community.
Locomotion Athletics is awesome! Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. The class time flies by! The owner, James, is so passionate about fitness, movement and nutrition.
Before I was introduced to locomotion athletics I would work out maybe once every 3 months or so. I never found a gym, class, or exercise routine I really enjoyed and would actually stick with.
